Benjamin Blank loves a scary story as much as a good adventure. The Moon-Faced Ghoul-Thing is his favourite. The hollow eyes, the scratchy legs, the razor-sharp claws... Brilliant!

But when it actually turns up in his bedroom, Ben decides he doesn't like the story any more. And he definitely doesn't want to know how it ends...

**Nosy Crow sent me this book because they know I love Benjamin Blank!**

I read this book aaaaaages ago but my mum forgot to write up my review for me. She got busy with her university work and completely forgot about it. She told me that she is “very, very sorry.”

I think this book is my favourite book about Benjamin Blank. It’s about Ben and his two friends and they have to defeat the Moon-Faced Ghoul-Thing because it’s following them and trying to make its master come out of its cloak.

I liked all of the book because it made me laugh like the other two books. There was nothing I didn’t like. My favourite part was when they all escaped on the dragon and got away from the bad guys. The bit that made me laugh the most was when Mr Nuttendudge the goblin uses a goblin nose flute.

I would tell everyone to read this book because it’s a good book and it’s full of adventure. It’s also really funny.

I hope you like my picture. Here are my other reviews of The Shark-Headed Bear-Thing and The Swivel-Eyed Ogre-Thing.
