Life may not turn out like we planned, but sometimes that’s what makes it perfect…

Hadley Foster has always been a planner. But, since the age of nineteen, things haven’t exactly gone according to plan… not at all. And the changes continue to mount when a trip to Europe with her best friend starts a domino effect in all aspects of her life. Suddenly, the future she had envisioned for herself seems unlikely to happen. It’s time to make a new plan… or accept the dominoes as they fall.

Jason Kelly has a great life. He’s a successful self-published writer who’s living his dreams. But, something is missing. Hadley Foster. Letting her slip through his fingers is one of his biggest regrets. Over time, he had to accept the idea of being without his first love as he watched her fall in love with someone else.

When circumstances bring Jason and Hadley back into one another’s lives, they’re forced to deal with their past, their present and the possibility of a future together.

Magically wonderful! Ms. Brown tells yet another incredibly touching story!

A fleeting moment, passing you by
Never getting that chance to tell someone they had your heart from the very beginning.
Never got to say “I Love You” because you held it inside
Waking up one day, realizing that person is no longer with you and has slipped through the cracks

These were some of the feelings I experienced during Picturing Perfect:
Chills. Earth Moving Under Your Feet Feeling, Heart was Pounding out of my chest and rattling my rib-cage, Emotional tears, and at times completely utterly speechless.

My heart changed… for the better. Made me realize life is a big surprise. Sometimes struggling in life is what makes you stronger. Everything happens for a reason cope with the change…. Handle the best way possible and eventually you become better than you ever thought.

Enough of my rambling…..

Hadley Foster (Britt Robertson)

Wow!! You have to meet her…. She is just remarkable. Young but incredibly strong, knew what she wanted in life, loving, and definitely a person that should be in everyone’s life. I adored her!

Hadley’s relationship with her mother was so broken due to losing her father at the time of adolescence. Her mother went to a very dark place when she lost the love of her life. I related with Hadley and her mother’s hanging-by-a-thread relationship. It impacted me tremendously and wished I could have been more aware of my mom’s struggles….

Hadley had the perfect relationship… with Tucker.
Wait TUCKER!!!??!!?? …. Was she in the “PERFECT” relationship or just settled because she invested so many years with this man … We have ALL been there and Ms. Brown let us know we are not alone and sometimes perfect.. isn’t well perfect… Hence, the title.

Hadley … her heart was claimed by two words: JASON KELLY!

Jason Kelly (Jay Brauchel)

Jason Kelly (Jay Brauchel)

In Champagne Toast we had a glimpse of Mr. Jason Kelly. Well… Mr. Kelly totally had me from “Hello”… Dashing, Respectful, Loving, Thoughtful, and so Dreamy –Geeky-Hot!!

Hadley… was Auden’s BFF, OH!! Did I mention Auden was related to Mr. Kelly.. his sister. Jason wanted Hadley for his own. But he knew it just could not happen in his lifetime. He was crushed when Hadley was immersed into the Tucker Equation.. I mean relationship. Jason would surely win Hadley’s heart… Or would he?

red carpet 3

Auden Kelly ( Blake Lively)

Auden (LOVE the name by the way) was pretty incredible too. Loyal, beautiful, sassy, a bit of defiance in her blood, and not scared to look over the edge of a cliff.
Ms. Brown left so much mystery about whom Auden really is…

This was not just a smushy gushy love story.
Everything was connected to something important.

I learned so much from this story. Pain is inevitable, Hurting is ok, but overcoming your fears and living life without the shadow of uncertainty.

Do yourselves a tremendous favor and READ THIS!!!
