December Round-Up

January 2, 2013 Me!, Round-Up 0

Happy New Year!!

Can you believe we’re in to a brand new year? It seems that time is flying by so quickly for me lately and now here we are in 2013!

What happened in December:

I reached my Goodreads reading challenge target and passed it by 2 books! The widget thingy on my reading challenge page doesn’t show those extra 2 because I’ve been so busy in December that I forgot to add them to Goodreads and when I did add them in it was too late to update the widget. Ah, well.

I got a ton of books in December but never found the time for a Stacking the Shelves post 🙁
Amongst the beauties I got were the full hardback box set of the Twilight saga, the paperback box set of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy and signed books from The Sinners series by Olivia Cunning. From my super-amazing-awesome secret Santa I got a signed copy of My Heart for Yours by Jolene Perry and Steph Campbell and signed copies of Slammed and Point of Retreat by Colleen Hoover. I also won 5 books from Heather at The (Mis)Adventures of a Twenty-Something Year Old Girl.

I read 2 books for the Series Catch-Up challenge. Again, since I am sooo slow lately the reviews are still being written!

My youngest son turned 4 🙂 and I have no idea how he got to that point already! We went to the cinema to see Home Alone and all 3 of my boys loved it!

I read:

Just Remember to Breathe by Charles Sheehan-Miles

Charade by Nyrae Dawn

Walking Away by Adriane Boyd

The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner

On Christmas Hill by Nichole Chase

Under The Mistletoe With Me by Kristen Proby

Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines

Snowed Over by Angie Stanton

Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Hollywood Holiday by Sasha Summers

Hot Ticket by Olivia Cunning

Troubles and Treats by Tara Sivec

I started:

A Song for Julia by Charles Sheehan-Miles

Stalk Me by Jillian Dodd

And, before I go…

I wanted to say

Thank You

to everyone who has taken the time to sign up and follow me, read my posts, and comment on my blog since it started in early June 2012. When I decided to start the blog I wanted a place to share my reviews and books I love as well as a way of meeting of other people who read and love books just as much as I do. I definitely got that, and more!
