Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual.
This means you can include books you buy in bookstores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and ebooks!
OK, so my Stacking the Shelves post this week is kinda BIG!
I have had a
bit of a splurge (OK, major splurge, actually) on books this week as there were just so many great ones mentioned around the blogosphere that caught my eye!

BOUGHT – HARDBACK (Click on the title to go to Goodreads)
I first came across Break My Heart 1000 Times after seeing Giselle at Xpresso Reads mention it in one of her Xpresso Weekly Stacking The Shelves posts. I just HAD to get it!
BOUGHT – PAPERBACK (Click on the titles to go to Goodreads)
The Catastrophic History of You and Me was a book I found after reading the review from The YA Sisterhood. I loved the idea of the book and the review had me hooked.
The Perks of being a Wallflower was reviewed on The Autumn Review this week. I had heard of the film but never realised it was based on a book! I was intrigued by the fact that it’s mostly written in the form of letters.
Lucy at The Reading Date had a review of the audiobook of What’s Left of Me this week. It reminded me that this was a Waiting on Wednesday book for me a couple of months ago so naturally I just had to get it!
I just saw today that the November read along with Book Twirps is Alice in Zombieland. It’s a book I’ve been wanting to read so just had to get it so I could join in next month. I haven’t actually got it yet since I just ordered from Amazon today but I wanted to include it because I can’t wait to read it!
My friend Fred at Still Seeking Allies, who loves The Sea of Tranquility even more than I do, recommended this and I thought it would be an interesting read. I also hope that in a few years it might be a book that my three boys could learn from.
BOUGHT – KINDLE (Click on the titles to go to Goodreads)
There you have it, that’s my haul.
Have you read any of them?
What’s in your haul this week?
Be sure to leave me a link so I can come and see. I love finding new books to add to my TBR!
